750 Square foot cottage. It's a very easy 100 Meter Straight walk to the Beach! You can see the water from the front of the cottage. Restaurants, bars, Mini Putt, Arcade, Boat/ Sea-doo rentals are just a short walk away. Short drive to Winery, Golf Courses, Zip Lining, Star Gazing, Mountain Biking, Beer Store/LCBO, Port Dover, Port Rowan, Longpoint and Longpoint Bird observatory. The cottage has a new roofed in Deck with Ceiling fans. BBQ and propane are provided. One bedroom as a Queen Bed the other has two bunk beds (The bottom of one of the bunk beds is a Double. There is also a sofa bed which pulls out into a double and another couch which can work as a single bed. There is a shed in the back that can be used to store mountain bikes or beach gear. Boat launch is at the bottom of our street and a block to the left (Not Far). Long point Bay is a perfect spot for Boating and Fishing.

There is a HD TV with Antenna which can pick up around 10 Channels. There is also a DVD/Blue Ray Player. The cottage in July and August should have internet Access.

Note: Cottage Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during peak Season. Check in time is 3pm and Check out is 11:00am.
